Card Giver, Hacker or Mod?
It was a normal, fun day on Club Penguin on the beta/famous penguin home, Frozen. I was with my friend Yankeez from real life, and soon enough, a penguin named Card Giver passes out Happy Halloween cards for this year!
You know that Party Tester guy? This seems like him. He is mysterious, seems like a bot and he was just...strange.
So I was thinking he was either a hacker using some sort of trainer, or he is a moderator gone wrong. I think the hacker idea seems better.
